About Me.

— a queer, trauma survivor, spiritualist, and writer.

I’ve walked through fire more than once — cancer, a stroke, domestic violence, and the quiet battles that come after survival. Each chapter carved something new into me: a deeper understanding of resilience, a reverence for rest, and a fierce belief that healing doesn’t have to look like light to be sacred.

I’ve always found meaning in stories — the ones we tell, the ones we hide from, and the ones that live in the spaces between our words. Tarot became my language for those in-between places: a way to hold both mystery and meaning at once, to honor what’s been lost while reaching for what’s still to come.

When I’m not reading cards or writing poetry, you’ll find me tending altars, chasing sunsets from the road, or sitting in the stillness that comes only after a storm. I believe healing is personal, cyclical, and imperfect — and that survival itself is a form of sacred art.

Education & Certifications

My Learning Philosophy

I believe that wisdom grows through both study and experience. I’ve always been drawn to learning what bridges intuition and intellect — where evidence-based research meets spiritual insight. The courses I’ve taken reflect that balance: grounded, compassionate, and deeply curious.

My studies aren’t about collecting titles; they’re about building a foundation of understanding that help me hold space for others ethically and with care.

About These Certifications

Some of my training is recognized by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) — a UK-based professional body that sets educational and ethical standards within the field of complementary and integrative health.

While the CMA is not a U.S. regulatory or licensing agency, this recognition indicates that the courses meet a professional standard within holistic and coaching education. These programs are designed for personal and professional development, not clinical practice or medical diagnosis.

My HarvardX studies represent a more academic exploration — blending history, psychology, and evidence-based approaches to resilience and mental health.

A Note on Transparency

I’m not a medical professional, therapist, or licensed clinician. My work centers on education, intuitive guidance, and personal empowerment — helping people explore self-awareness, spiritual growth, and healing through creative, accessible methods.

Every course I take adds depth to how I hold space: informed by research, rooted in compassion, and guided by lived experiences.
