So this year, I created two limited holiday offerings designed to bring you grounding, clarity, and accessible support without the commitment of a full coaching container.

Holiday Mini Coaching Package — $250

A focused, supportive 3-session container to help you move through the season with clarity and self-trust.

What’s Included

15-minute pre-booking text consult We clarify your intention and make sure this mini-package fits your needs.
Three 40-minute trauma-informed coaching sessions A grounded, compassionate space for processing, planning, and healing.
Text support You may text any day of the week, and I respond: Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm PST (24-hour response window) You get 5 reach-out texts per week, with up to two replies per thread.
One clear seasonal goal Chosen during consult. Examples include:
- self-love
- boundary-setting
- emotional regulation
- empowerment
- beginning a meditation practice
- navigating holiday stress

Book by Dec 31. Sessions can be scheduled within 3 months.

This mini-package is a gentle reset — enough support to make meaningful change, without overwhelming your schedule.
